Volksdeutsche w Krakowie i dystrykcie krakowskim Generalnego Gubernatorstwa w latach 1939–1941

One of the first tasks German occupation authorities after taking over Poland was to identify and assign Polish citizens stock a special ethnic category called Volksdeutsch. The aim this article is describe how process played out in Cracow its environs years occupation. There were some villages inhabited by people origin who used an archaic dialect German, but nonetheless refused register as Volksdeutsche.
